I am a Ph.D student in its final year. Initially from France, I am currently stuyding at the Department of Zoology of Otago University (Dunedin, New Zealand).
Before undertaking this degree, I was working on applied freshwater ecology issues in conservation and management. This Ph.D gave me the chance to dedicate my research on the development of digital imaging tools, aiming at the analysis and quantification of fish behavior. Logically, I came to developed a strong interest on broader and more fundamental topics related to behavioral ecology. The aim of my research is to use innovative ways to investigate drivers of social organisations in group-living animals, using fish as biological model.
